1. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations greater than 14 days before the start of the course and are subject to a $250 processing charge. For cancellations between 8 and 14 days from the start of the course, clients may choose to carry their class forward to a future date of up to 3 months. Clients may also change to another course of equal or lesser value. For cancellations 7 days or less from the start of the course, NO REFUNDS will be issued, or changes allowed.
  2. A minimum of 50% tuition must be paid to get started (1. policy above apply). The outstanding amount must be completed no later than the first 2 weeks after the start date of the training/mentoring program. (Installment payments can only be made through Cash App or Zelle). Clients will incur a $100 penalty fee in case of any late outstanding payment.
  3. The client’s access to BeingAgile Consulting’s resources will be deactivated immediately after the program’s duration and engagement expire.
  4. All program resources shared with you MUST be kept CONFIDENTIAL. Any information we share around personal life MUST be kept CONFIDENTIAL *


All our resources are for information purposes to speed up your learning process. Ultimately, your success
depends on your commitment. When you enroll, do it with the intention of showing up for yourself and doing the required work (internal and external). Be ready to COMMIT, stay CONSISTENT, and FOLLOW GUIDANCE. Your reliance on the information we provide is solely at your discretion.
