Certified SAFe® 6.0 Scrum Master (SSM)

Purpose: Participants will gain a deep understanding of the Scrum Master role within a SAFe® organization. Prerequisite: There are no specific prerequisites to attend this course. However, prior knowledge of Agile concepts and familiarity with Scrum practices will be beneficial.

Leading SAFe® 6.0

Purpose: Participants will learn how to effectively lead the adoption of SAFe® principles and practices across the organization. Prerequisite: While no mandatory prerequisites exist for attending this course, a basic understanding of Agile principles and practices is recommended.

SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager

Purpose: Participants will gain a deep understanding of the Product Owner/Product Manager role within a SAFe® enterprise. Through interactive exercises, real-world simulations, practical case studies, and collaborative discussions, participants will learn how to effectively manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Prerequisite: While no mandatory prerequisites exist for attending this course, Nevertheless, it is strongly recommended that individuals planning to take the SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification exam should meet the following prerequisites:

• Attend a Leading SAFe® course.

• Possess experience working in a SAFe environment.

• Hold experience with Lean, Agile, or other relevant certifications.

SAFe® for Teams 6 Training

Purpose: Participants will dive into the principles of SAFe® and learn how to apply Agile practices in their day-to-day work. Through hands-on exercises, simulations, and collaborative discussions, participants will gain practical experience in Agile planning, execution, and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.

Prerequisite: While no mandatory prerequisites exist for attending this course, However, for those planning to take the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) certification exam, the following prerequisites are strongly recommended:

  1. Familiarity with Agile concepts and principles.
  2. Awareness of Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
  3. Working knowledge of software and hardware development processes
