Training/Mentoring Programs Information

PAY THROUGH CASHAPP OR ZELLE TO AVOID AN ADDITIONAL 4% SERVICE FEES
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations greater than 14 days from the start of the course and are subject to a $250 processing charge. For cancellations between 8 and 14 days from the start of the course, clients may choose to carry their class forward to a future date of up to 3 months. Clients may also change to another course of equal or lesser value. For cancellations 7 days or less from the start of the course, NO REFUNDS will be issued, or changes allowed.
- A minimum of 50% tuition must be paid to get started (non-refundable). The outstanding amount must be completed no later than the first 2 weeks after the start date of training/mentoring program. (Installment payments can only be made through Cash App or Zelle). Clients will incur a $100 penalty fee in case of any late payment.
- Client’s access to BeingAgile Consulting’s resources will be deactivated immediately after program duration has expired.
Certified Scrum Master Training (LEVEL 01)
Purpose: This training is designed to establish and enhance a solid understanding of the Agile and Scrum Concept and beyond.
Prerequisite: None
- After the training, students will be eligible to register for the Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification exams
- Training is highly customized to reflect real life (We are the only trainers with such intensity of customization).
- Access to unlimited certification exam questions
- You get certified from home
- All eight lessons include pre-recorded self-study videos designed and recorded by Coach Karen Fomafung.
- One hour live zoom sessions for all eight lessons facilitated by Coach Karen Fomafung
- Unlimited questions and answers during your live lessons
- Exposure to unlimited Agile career development resources
- Start Date: October 3rd, 2023.
- Cost – $1,000
- Duration – 1 month
- Number of lessons – 8
- Schedule – Tuesday and Thursday
- Time – 5PM to 6PM CST
Scrum Master Interview Prep, Mentoring/Coaching (LEVEL 02)
Purpose: This program will help you close your gaps between just having a certification and landing a job. It will guide you through successfully conquering your job interviews and be highly effective on the job long term:
Prerequisite: None
- Mentees must own an accredited Scrum Master certification.
- Mentees should have an understanding of the Agile & Scrum concept of at least 5 and above on a scale of 1 to 10.

- Resume refinement suggestions and adaptability

Mentoring Program for Working Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches & other Agile Practitioners (LEVEL 03)
Purpose: Purpose: A solid support system to guide working Agile Practitioners such as Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Product Owners, RTE, etc., through their day-to-day challenges to effectively deliver high quality value to their organizations
Prerequisite: Mentee must be a working Agile Practitioner; Scrum Master, Agile Coach, RTE, Agile PM, PO, etc.
