Our Process
LEVEL 1
PURPOSE
This training is designed to enhance your theoretical understanding of the Agile and Scrum Concept. After the training, students will obtain a PSM1 certification.
- Highly engaging online lessons with practical role play exercises.
- Training is highly customized to reflect real life (We are the only trainers with such intensity of customization).
- Access to unlimited certification exam questions
- You get certified at home.
- All eight lessons include pre-recorded self-study videos designed and recorded by Karen Fomafung.
- One hour live zoom sessions for all eight lessons facilitated by Karen Fomafung
- Jira Overview
- Unlimited questions and answers during your live lessons
- Cost – $1,000
- Duration – 1 month
- Number of lessons – 8
- Schedule – Tuesday and Thursday from 6PM to 7PM Central time.
LEVEL 2
PURPOSE
This program will help you close your gaps between certification and landing a job. It will guide you through successfully conquering your job interviews and be highly effective on the job
- Live interview prep session twice a week and facilitated by Karen Fomafung
- Resume refinement suggestions and adaptability
- Access to job shadowing with your mentor for on-shore students and recorded audio job shadowing for off-shore students
- Access to more scrum information and experience
- Development of coaching, mentoring, facilitating,
- Teaching and servant leadership skills
- Encouragement during difficult times
- Feedback on-demand
- Increase scrum exposure and visibility
- Mindset transformation
- Increase self-awareness, self-confidence, and self- esteem
- Access to unlimited real live interview resources
- Opportunity to role play on a live scrum product development

- Duration – 2 months
- Schedule – Tuesday and Thursday from 6PM to 7PM Central time.
LEVEL 3
PURPOSE
A solid support system to guide working Scrum Masters and
Agile Coaches to effectively deliver high quality value to their organizations
- A free lifetime membership to our community of practice
- One on one sessions with your mentor
- Unlimited Q & A
- Access to job shadowing with your mentor for
- on-shore students and recorded audio job shadowing for off-shore students
