REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

  1. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations greater than 14 days before the start of the course and are subject to a $250 processing charge. For cancellations between 8 and 14 days from the start of the course, clients may choose to carry their class forward to a future date of up to 3 months. Clients may also change to another course of equal or lesser value. For cancellations 7 days or less from the start of the course, NO REFUNDS will be issued, or changes allowed.
  2. A minimum of 50% tuition must be paid to get started (section 1 above applies). The outstanding amount must be completed no later than the first 2 weeks after the start date of the training/mentoring program. (Installment payments can only be made through Cash App or Zelle). Clients will incur a $100 penalty fee in case of any late outstanding payment.
  3. The client’s access to BeingAgile Consulting’s resources will be deactivated immediately after the program’s duration and engagement expire.
  4. Both parties agree to keep confidential all information obtained during the course of this Agreement. Confidential information includes but is not limited to trade secrets, business plans, and proprietary information.
  5. BeingAgile Consulting retains all rights, title, and interest in any intellectual property developed or provided as part of the services, including training materials and documentation.
  6. During the term of this Agreement and for the client’s program duration following its termination, clients shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit or attempt to solicit the services of or interfere with the business relations of any employee, client, or other business associates of the other BeingAgile Consulting without prior written consent of BeingAgile Consulting.
  7. Each party agrees to indemnify and hold the other party harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or resulting from a breach of the non-interference provision stated in Section 6.
  8. Observance of all U.S. holidays: No classes on holidays; rescheduling may occur.
  9. In the event that a client in any BeingAgile Consulting program exhibits behavior deemed disruptive, violates the code of conduct established by the program, or engages in any form of misconduct, BeingAgile Consulting reserves the right to dismiss the student from the program with immediate effect. Dismissal may be at the Company’s sole discretion, and no refund, compensation, or credit shall be provided to the dismissed client.
